Is there really no commission on orders?

Do I need technical knowledge to set up?

Which payment gateways are supported?
Stripe and PayPal are both built in and ready to connect. You link your own Stripe or PayPal account so payments go directly to you — we never hold your money. Customers can also choose "Pay on Collection" for cash payments. All payment options are available on every plan.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes. On Professional and Multi-Site plans you can point your own domain — for example, order.yourvenue.com — directly to your CompliChef ordering page. Your customers never see "complichef.co.uk" in the address bar. It's completely invisible, exactly as it should be.
What happens if I have multiple venues?
Our Multi-Site plan is designed specifically for restaurant groups and small chains. Manage all venues from a single dashboard with separate menus, staff accounts, and reporting per site. You get a clear, consolidated view of the whole business without losing granular per-site detail.
Is allergen information legally required?
Under UK law — including Natasha's Law (October 2021) and the Food Information to Consumers Regulations — businesses selling food must provide full allergen information. For hot food and made-to-order items, written allergen information must be clearly available before the customer orders. CompliChef makes this straightforward: tag allergens per item in your menu editor and they display automatically to customers.
